15 days right of exchange / right of withdrawal.

You have the right to return the package within 15 days, from the day you receive your package. However, it is required that the product is completely unused and undamaged. If a product has been used or damaged and we can not resell it as a product, you will be obliged to compensate us for the depreciation.
Please note that you do not have the right to exchange or withdraw if you purchase a product with a personal engraving.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay the shipping cost for the returned product.
Upon return, all products MUST be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.

Complaint

If the purchased product is broken or contains errors when you open the package, you as a private person have the right to complain about the product within 15 days from the day you receive the package.

In the event of a defect in the item, we are responsible for return shipping by sending shipping documents to you and what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered item, provided that we can not send a new item to you within a reasonable time.

A return or complaint number must always be attached. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint number are not accepted.
